Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your THETA subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment period.

To cancel:

• Log into your account and click "Cancel Subscription" in Settings
• Or send an email to: miskiewicz.ventures@gmail.com with subject "Cancellation Request"

When Cancellation Takes Effect

• Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You retain full access to the Service until that date.
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

Refunds

• Subscription fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. You retain full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or any other rights under applicable law.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at miskiewicz.ventures@gmail.com.

Reactivation

You may resubscribe at any time by visiting the pricing page. A new subscription begins a new billing cycle.
